TERMS OF USE

Rules for using CASE//ZERO.

By using CASE//ZERO, you agree to use the service lawfully and to understand that its cases and characters are fictional entertainment.

Fictional content

CASE//ZERO is an entertainment product. Victims, suspects, organisations and criminal events in the game are fictional. Similarities to real persons or events are unintended unless expressly stated otherwise.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for providing accurate information required for authentication. Do not attempt to access another user's account, bypass authentication controls or interfere with service security.

Gameplay and AI responses

AI-generated suspect dialogue is part of the entertainment experience and may occasionally be imperfect. The canonical case data and scoring rules determine the intended solution. AI dialogue should not be treated as factual information about real people, law, medicine, finance or public events.

Optional purchases

The current lifetime ad-removal option is a one-time account entitlement. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. Availability, price and supported payment methods may change for future purchases, but an existing entitlement will be handled according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attack infrastructure, scrape private user data, circumvent payment or access controls, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or use automated methods that materially disrupt normal operation.

Availability

CASE//ZERO may be updated, repaired or temporarily unavailable. Cases, artwork, audio, interfaces and game balance may be revised over time. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve purchased account entitlements and saved progress, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The CASE//ZERO name, original case writing, game interface, artwork and other original service materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party services and licensed materials remain subject to their respective rights.

Limitation

The service is provided for entertainment on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CASE//ZERO is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary service interruption, user device problems or reliance on fictional game dialogue as real-world advice.
